We're looking for a Web Analytics & Search Specialist to join our Digital team and play a pivotal role in optimising how customers discover, navigate and engage with our digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who is passionate about turning customer insights into meaningful improvements. You'll be responsible for web analytics, search performance and user journey optimisation, helping to improve customer self-service, increase conversions, and enhance the overall digital experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimise web analytics platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, tagging and performance measurement across digital channels
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the optimisation of internal site search functionality, improving content discoverability and customer journeys
- Build insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
- Partner with UX, Content, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to enhance digital experiences and drive engagement
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives using data-driven insights
- Ensure analytics and search strategies align with broader SEO and digital objectives
About You
You'll combine strong analytical capability with a genuine curiosity about customer behaviour and digital performance.
You'll likely have:
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Matomo or similar.
- Expertise in tracking implementation, event tagging and conversion measurement
- Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn complex findings into clear business recommendations
- Experience working with internal search technologies and search optimisation principles
- An understanding of SEO, digital performance and customer experience best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
