Your work profile
As a Senior Team Lead in our Assurance team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Maintain general ledger and trial balance for assigned funds and mandates, calculate CUVs, distributions, and management fees, and prepare regulatory reports, including annual financial statements.

Support clients in meeting their tax obligations including income tax returns, tax component calculations for distributions and the preparation of monthly BAS returns.

Provide financial information and support to various stakeholders, including Fund Managers, Investment Managers, Valuations team, Tax team, and more.

Ensure smooth auditor and tax consultant signoffs for assigned funds/mandates.

Contribute to finance projects and initiatives across the fund finance platform.

Work effectively with the offshore finance teams.
Key skills required:
• Qualified/pursuing CA, CFA, MBA along with relevant tertiary qualification.
• Extensive work experience of minimum 3-5 years in Real estate (fund) accounting experience or business services background with exposure to trust accounting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytical needs.
• Excellent decision-making and influencing abilities.
