Specialist, Pursuit Strategy

Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical support to senior leadership in support of pursuit development efforts.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Pursuit Strategy on the Government and Public Services (GPS) – Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) team, you will be responsible for:

• Manage proposal opportunities, coordinate with proposal writing/design team and account team
• Make contribution to the development and continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templates
• Synthesize data from multiple sources, determine essential areas, and apply results to pursuit efforts
• Demonstrate application of proposal development techniques to support clear, effective, and consistent content
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, and last-minute requirements

The team

The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides research solutions in support of market positioning and business acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. The team works in collaboration with the US stakeholders and account teams to deliver high quality and best-in-class proposals to end clients to leverage Deloitte’s brand while delivering outstanding service. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management or bid management
• Master’s degree in Business or Management
• Experience coordinating proposal development with proposal writing, design, and account teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Experience developing proposal management processes, tools, and templates
• Experience supporting pursuit teams in developing win themes and messaging
• Experience mentoring others in developing facilitative skills and conducting training, as appropriate
