Specialist Design (Video, Motion Graphics Designer)
We are looking for you, if you are a detailed-oriented, creative design professional with a flair for problem solving and passion for translating business priorities into compelling visual composition.
As an experienced Video, Motion Graphics Designer, with proven creative design skills, you will play a key role in developing motion graphics for video deliverables.
Work you’ll do
• Work with internal and client account teams to create and deliver motion graphics for a variety of media like websites,
mobile devices among others
• Take ownership of the assigned projects from inception to completion. Create animation styles & exceptional motion
graphic videos by understanding the storyboard
• Analyze expectations of the stakeholders and develop highly creative, customized, high-quality deliverables adhering to
the Deloitte Brand Identity guidelines
• Keep up with the latest motion design trends and brainstorm to create new design ideas for videos
• Edit raw video footage, colour correct, add effects and transitions to create innovative video deliverables
• Work closely with other design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions. Be a team player with a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
The Team
The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition
activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) are key marketing professionals in the Marketing and Communications team at Deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. The India team provides efficient, flexible,
quality support to SMPs through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making and works in collaboration with the US stakeholders in campaigns/activations, competitive intelligence support.
Qualifications
Required skills:
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition
• Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field with specialization in video and motion graphics
• Flair for conceptualization and visual storyboarding skills
• Experience of having worked with clients/stakeholders from the US will be a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills
Work experience
3-6 years of hands on experience in Video and Motion graphic development in a fast-paced environment
Work timing
2:00 PM–11:00 PM
