Position Summary
Government & Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence – Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) – AI Assisted Knowledge Management
We are looking for a AI Assisted Knowledge Management Specialist who is passionate about information management, collaboration technologies, AI-enabled content solutions, and high-quality user support. This role will support the maintenance and enhancement of knowledge repositories, self-service resources, collaboration platforms, and AI-ready content assets used by teams across GPS Sales Excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, content management, knowledge-sharing platforms, and practical GenAI tools is preferred.
Work You Will Do
As an AI Assisted Knowledge Management Specialist, you will support knowledge management, self-service operations, AI-enabled content readiness, and adoption activities for the GPS Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE).
- Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, self-service resources, and collaboration platforms to ensure content is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Create, update, publish, and archive knowledge assets, guidance materials, training resources, and other reference content.
- Conduct periodic content reviews to identify outdated information, broken links, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply metadata, content categorization, and governance standards to improve content quality, consistency, and discoverability.
- Support content migration, repository maintenance, and content lifecycle management activities.
- Support the organization, tagging, taxonomy, and governance of content to improve discoverability, reuse, and AI readiness across knowledge platforms.
- Assist in identifying content gaps, recurring business needs, and opportunities where AI-enabled solutions, reusable prompts, skills, or agents can improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, pages, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Support platform administration, search optimization, user experience enhancements, and implementation of approved platform improvements.
- Respond to user inquiries, provide troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution with appropriate teams.
- Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to content, processes, platform functionality, and self-service experiences.
- Support testing, validation, documentation, and rollout of new AI-enabled capabilities, self-service features, skills, agents, and knowledge management enhancements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and intelligent search capabilities to enhance knowledge discovery, content management, and user experience.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled knowledge management, self-service, and automation solutions, while using AI tools to improve content creation, summarization, tagging, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to content governance, metadata management, and information quality practices that enable effective AI-powered experiences.
- Track platform usage, adoption trends, and knowledge management metrics, and prepare insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with US and USI stakeholders to support ongoing knowledge management initiatives, platform enhancements, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management, SharePoint Administration, Information Management, or related areas.
- Master's Degree, preferably in Business/Management/Technology.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Experience using GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI-enabled productivity solutions to improve content development, research, knowledge management, or operational activities.
Preferred
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration and content governance practices.
- Experience developing knowledge articles, user guides, training materials, or self-service content.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Forms, Lists) and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting knowledge repositories, intelligent search, AI-enabled solutions, or self-service platforms.
- Understanding of metadata management, content lifecycle management, and information governance principles.
- Understanding of taxonomy, metadata management, content governance, search optimization, and content lifecycle management principles.
- Exposure to developing or supporting AI-enabled solutions such as skills, agents, prompt libraries, intelligent search experiences, chatbots, or automation workflows.
- Experience supporting AI adoption through demos, quick-reference guides, FAQs, user enablement content, or feedback collection.
Team Overview
The GPS Sales Excellence team is a critical part of Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, driving strategic sales initiatives and enabling the pursuit of high-value opportunities. Working closely with US-based stakeholders, the team ensures a cohesive and effective sales process through opportunity identification, competitive intelligence, and high-quality proposal development.
Within this ecosystem, the Knowledge Management team enables GPS professionals to efficiently access, manage, and reuse critical content and institutional knowledge. The team maintains and enhances knowledge repositories, self-service platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve content discovery, governance, and lifecycle management. Through effective content organization, platform administration, AI readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives, the team helps deliver the right information to the right users at the right time, enhancing productivity and the overall user experience.

Work Timings: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (India Time)
