Job Title: Sr. Global Marketing Project Specialist– Dr.G DMI
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Senior Global Marketing Project Specialist for the Dr.G DMI team, you will oversee product planning, development, and global launch projects for the Dr.G brand targeting global markets, as well as the innovation product development and execution of assigned lines. Based on trend analysis and insights, you will lead close collaboration and communication among R&I, Supply Chain, and local market marketing teams.
Product Planning and Development Project Management:
- Lead differentiated skincare product planning and development projects for the Dr.G brand.
- Write clear briefs and coordinate development processes for R&I labs and packaging teams.
- Brief concept directions and draft copy for product design (containers, secondary packaging, and other components).
Trend Analysis and Insight Generation:
- Discover growth opportunities and new product concepts through domestic and global market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Design product names, trademark registration, USPs, key active ingredients, and core efficacy.
- Establish marketing claims and communication strategies tailored to various global markets.
Product Operations Management and Strategy Execution:
- Manage the lifecycle of key product lines from launch to post-launch.
- Develop product planning, targeting, and operational strategies based on new market and channel needs.
Global Launch Project Leadership:
- Lead domestic and global launch projects from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and local marketing.
- Communicate smoothly with related departments and support the execution of new product launch guides and strategies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate
- Years of Experience: 5+ years Skincare BM experience
- Experience:
- Brand & Skincare Experience: Experience in cosmetic brand companies preferred, with a strong preference for skincare product planning experience.
- Channel & Category Experience: Preferred candidates with product planning experience in H&B channels and derma brands.
- Project & Operations Competency: Proven experience successfully leading cross-functional collaboration projects, along with product lifecycle and strategy execution capabilities.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to derive insights based on market data analysis and strong global communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Brand Manager (BM) for top-selling brands in Olive Young.
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English is a must.
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel,PPT
