Retirement Project Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide advice and direction on high profile, sensitive and more complex customer/system issues. Extensive knowledge in outsourcing capabilities and are primary system resource for the AC teams.
- Develop system security level to make full table updates to PARIS system. Perform analysis of research and implement procedures/produce documentation of the problem.
- Support reporting functions within the department through AQT and Spufi reporting and update tools.
- Interpret complex system errors and client issues by applying error resolutions skills and involve resources and other system applications to produce effective problem solving results.
- Develop solutions for business issues through use of complex queries, detailed technical research, and produce results with minimal impact to the end user/client.
- Coordinate the assembling of the project team, determining project task assignments, identifying resource requirements, developing and maintaining project schedule, coordinating the project activities and adhering to project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong customer service relationship. Successfully interpret and communicate complex information to others with various levels of experience including end users, upper management and programmer staff. Will work with both internal/external customers. Provide support to the Associate/Consultant or Specialist/Manager levels with regard to system research and table updates.
- Recommend and implement effective solutions to problems and issues, and suggest improvements to gain efficiencies.
- Assist in developing /enhancing Paris III recordkeeping system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, system-related degree, or equivalent experience required. 3-5 years pension, accounting or technical required. Comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems used with expertise in most job functions. Pension knowledge required. Strong PC skills required including electronic mail, routine database activity, work processing, spreadsheet, etc. AQT and Spufi knowledge required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced PARIS knowledge preferred on most division processes, outsourcing procedures, file downloads and uploads; Excel, Word, and Access. Can interpret complex data, business situations and business impact. Exceptional problem solving skills and analytical skills. Control one’s own time to work under time sensitive issues utilizing planning, organization skills, and techniques to effectively manage multiple priorities. Ability to make independent decisions required on processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation
The salary for this position generally ranges between $58,500 - $68,500 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
