IT Transformation PMO (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Group IT and help shape the future of energy through digital transformation. In this role, you will support strategic IT initiatives, collaborate across teams, and contribute your ideas in an innovative and international environment.
What you will do:
Support the execution of the IT transformation journey to improve efficiency and agility across Group IT
Assist with the setup, coordination, and reporting of high-priority initiatives as PMO
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
Support the planning and delivery of Group IT events such as Quarterly Planning and Preparathon
Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder exchanges
Help introduce new tools and technologies to optimize processes and ways of working
Document processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What you bring & who you are:
Experience in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field through studies or equivalent training
3–5 years of experience supporting and coordinating large-scale projects or transformation initiatives
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international and evolving environment
Interest in agile delivery methodologies; ideally, you have worked with frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
Ideally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, IPMA, PfMP, or PPMC
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for technology and innovation
Professional English skills, both written and spoken.

We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your work schedule. We can work part of our time remotely and the rest at our offices in Madrid, Torre Europa.
