Specialist Executive Manager, Rewards and Well-Being
As a part of the team, you will create value by bringing together subject matter expertise, deep industry experience, strategy, operations/process skills, technology, and people into USI’s mental health solutions and outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Rewards and Well-Being on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of mental health programs and resources across USI in alignment with firm priorities
- Owning governance and program oversight for Live Well (Employee Assistance Program) and other mental health initiatives, including goals, priorities, outcomes, and issue escalation support
- Managing vendor relationships and performance, including service quality, contract coordination, utilization review, and identification of improvement opportunities
- Partnering with stakeholders across Benefits, Well-being, Talent Risk, Legal, Compliance, Security, and business teams to develop processes, procedures, education resources, and response pathways
- Preparing program reporting and analytics to evaluate utilization, outcomes, risks, and opportunities, and to inform leadership decisions and future interventions

The Total Rewards team is within the People organization and provides a broad range benefits and services designed enhance the health and well-being of Deloitte’s people.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Applied Psychology, Social Work, or another psychological health field
- 12+ years of post-graduate experience, including clinical experience
- 5+ years of experience in employee assistance program delivery, program development, or program management
- Experience managing employee assistance program or mental health vendors in a corporate environment
- Experience developing or delivering mental health, psychoeducation, or employee well-being programs in a corporate environment
- Experience preparing program reporting, utilization analysis, or outcome reporting using program data
Preferred:
- RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology, or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized or RCI-approved institute
- Experience conducting psychological evaluations in a corporate environment, including fitness-for-duty or risk screening
- Experience supporting international programs or collaborating with global stakeholders
- Experience in internal or external employee assistance operations
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Benefits, Well-being, Talent Risk, Legal, Compliance, or Security
- Experience building and maintaining external psychological provider networks in India
