What You'll Do

As the Office Experience & Events Manager at BCG’s Houston office, you'll thoughtfully lead office operations and internal events, bringing warmth, care, and strategic vision to create exceptional workplace experiences. You'll oversee comprehensive facility initiatives, manage strategic events, cultivate vendor relationships, and provide insightful guidance to senior leadership. By mentoring and developing your team, you'll proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a welcoming, supportive office environment.

Format:

 

This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. 

 

Compensation:

 

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

The base salary range for this role is $88,000- $104,000.

 

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

 

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
