Join our Sales team within the Consumer Products Division in Estonia:
- Develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape and build valuable skills in sales.
- Gather crucial data on beauty market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales results to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Become proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track key performance indicators.
- Present your market analysis and sales reports to key stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Gain hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful trade campaigns.
- Manage exciting product testing campaigns from start to finish.
- Immerse yourself in the world of beauty and gain in-depth knowledge of our latest beauty innovations.
- You'll be the go-to person for information on new product launches, creating compelling listing cards that highlight key features and benefits to captivate our customers.
- Partner with experienced sales professionals and beauty experts across Estonia.
- Benefit from their mentorship and support as you develop your skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
We can't wait to meet you if you:
- Are a student or recent graduate of marketing, business management, economics, etc.;
- Have good analytical skills that allow you to think strategically in a business-oriented manner;
- Believe in the power of networking and have strong communication skills;
- Are creative and naturally think out of the box;
- Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment;
- Have a proactive approach;
- Are fluent in Estonian and English (min. B2);
- Have very good knowledge of MS Office tools;
- Nice to have: driver's licence.
