About the Role

We are looking for an experienced KYC professional to join the newly established centralized Client & Customer Due Diligence team within Asset Management. As Analyst, you will combine hands-on responsibility for complex KYC cases with subject-matter expertise, quality oversight and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Compliance, business teams and other stakeholders to ensure KYC requirements are applied consistently and effectively across Asset Management.

As Client & Customer Due Diligence Analyst you will:

• Lead and review complex KYC onboarding and periodic review cases across Asset Management
• Provide subject-matter expertise on KYC, AML and International Trade Controls (ITC) requirements and support their consistent application
• Assess complex legal entities, ownership structures and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and support resolution of higher-risk or non-standard cases
• Perform quality assurance and 4-eye reviews, provide guidance to KYC colleagues and help build specialist knowledge within the team
• Act as a key contact for Compliance and business stakeholders on KYC matters, translating requirements into practical and efficient processes
• Support the development and maintenance of KYC procedures, standards and controls, and identify opportunities to strengthen the operating model
• Drive continuous improvement of KYC processes, data quality and supporting tools, including testing and implementation of enhancements

About the Team

The centralized Client & Customer Due Diligence Team is being established within Asset Management as a dedicated Centre of Excellence for KYC activities. The team will bring together specialist knowledge and consistent execution across asset classes and business areas.

Working closely with Compliance, Middle Office, Governance, IT and business teams, the KYC team will be responsible for KYC onboarding and periodic reviews, screening activities, KYC data quality, process standards and continuous improvement of the supporting KYC platforms and workflows.

About You

You are an experienced and pragmatic KYC professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with hands-on delivery. You are comfortable taking ownership of complex cases, challenging constructively and working with a broad range of stakeholders. You bring a structured mindset, sound judgement and a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Strong professional experience in KYC, AML, Compliance or a related financial-services function, ideally within Asset Management or another regulated financial institution
• Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD requirements and financial-crime controls, including experience assessing complex legal entities, ownership structures and UBOs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle complex or higher-risk KYC cases
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate Compliance and regulatory requirements into practical processes
• High degree of ownership and ability to provide guidance, perform quality reviews and contribute to the development of less experienced colleagues

These are additional nice to haves:

• Experience within Asset Management, Private Markets, banking, insurance or reinsurance
• Experience with KYC screening tools, workflow platforms and KYC data-quality or remediation initiatives
• Experience supporting process improvements, control enhancements or implementation of regulatory and policy changes
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 1900 EUR and 3300 EUR per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​
