Position Title - IAM - One Identity Manager - Senior Consultant
Deloitte Cyber helps organizations address cybersecurity risk through identity-focused solutions that support security, governance, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance One Identity Manager solutions for complex enterprise environments. The role is suited for professionals with experience in identity lifecycle management, system integration, and access governance.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant - OIM on the Digital Trust & Privacy team, you will be responsible for…
- Designing, developing, and maintaining One Identity Manager configurations, workflows, and connectors
- Building Angular-based interfaces for identity self-service and administrative functions
- Integrating One Identity Manager with Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, human resources systems, and databases through Representational State Transfer (REST) application programming interfaces and custom connectors
- Supporting identity lifecycle activities, including onboarding, provisioning, approvals, recertification, access reviews, and role assignments
- Implementing and supporting access governance capabilities, including business roles, segregation of duties controls, and application onboarding

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with One Identity Manager, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Experience developing custom workflows, connectors, or application programming interface integrations in One Identity Manager
- Experience building web interfaces using Angular
- Experience integrating identity and access management platforms with Active Directory, Azure, ServiceNow, human resources systems, or databases
- Experience supporting identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, provisioning, approvals, recertification, and access reviews
- Experience with role-based access control, business role modeling, or segregation of duties controls
- Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, Master of Science, or Master of Business Administration
Preferred:
- Experience in cloud or hybrid identity and access management environments
- Experience with Azure role-based access control, privileged identity management, service principals, or app registrations
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow or information technology service management tools
- Experience onboarding applications, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, file shares, local non-personal accounts, or database assets into identity platforms
