Position Purpose: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business cum Project Manager to work with the Head of CIB Dual Shore Industrial Transformation to develop the strategy, planning and drive execution of projects for Dual-Shore Industrial Transformation
This role requires a blend of project management and business management expertise, the ability to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams and an ability to articulate the strategy and plans effectively through presentations / updates as required.
This role is a critical role with primary responsibility of supporting all change management with respect to Dual shoring across nearshore and offshore location of BNPP. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects within ISPL Industrial Transformation teams. This role requires a proactive leader capable of bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring robust risk governance, and delivering high-quality solutions in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Drive the full project lifecycle for strategic location strategy & functional initiatives. Ensure all deliverables are executed with precision, adhering to defined timelines, scope and budgetary constraints.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Business, IT and Operations..
- Advanced Risk Governance & Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess and quantify project risks. Develop robust mitigation strategies and remediation plans, ensuring all risks are tracked through to resolution. Demonstrate high judgment in the timely escalation of critical issues to senior leadership.
- Change Management: Orchestrate the seamless integration of new technologies and processes by implementing the Change Management lifecycle. This will include Impact analysis, alignment with leadership, stakeholder communication, and drive employee readiness across sites.
- Executive Reporting & Governance: Design and maintain sophisticated project artifacts,
including detailed project plans, risk dashboards and executive summaries.
Provide high-level visibility into project health for management committees and steering
groups.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Executive Communication: Synthesize complex project data into high-impact presentations tailored for senior leadership and Global Governance forums.
- Operational Excellence (BAU): Provide oversight and management for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) support, ensuring service continuity for global user bases.
- Financial Stewardship: Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis for senior management approval.

- Data Visualization & Reporting: Expert ability to design intuitive dashboards and high-quality visual reports to communicate project progress and KPIs.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools including MS Project, JIRA, PowerBI, Visio and the MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Risk & Control Frameworks: Strong foundational knowledge of Risk Management principles and internal control frameworks within a banking context.
