Private Capital Local Junior Business Analyst

For this role we are looking for someone who will be analyzing data to recommend and influence business changes in all Private Capital processes in Poland performed for multiple legacy locations.
Private Capital Local Junior Business Analyst
Job responsibilities:
- Analyses change requirements and specifications raised by teams in Poland to develop Private Capital applications and answer business needs of multiple locations.
- Tests the proposed changes and supports the coordination of testing by Operations.
- Supports the validation of solutions.
- Cooperates closely with the Management team, Global BCM and Operations .
- Supports the creation of necessary documentation to promote applications introduced to production environment.
- Supports the communication between stakeholders to ensure a proper information flow between involved parties.
Requirements:
- Education level BSc (Bachelor of Science) in the field of Business Analysis, Data studies, Finance and Accounting
- English C1
- Work experience over 1 to 3 years in the area of Business Analysis, Finance, Banking, Investment Funds
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training
- Ability to deliver/results driven and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and adaptability
- BNP Paribas organization knowledge and business organization
- Finance / Tax knowledge
- Operational risk
