Tech Assist

Join our Macquarie Group Tech Assist technology team, we provide customer facing and remote support for the various areas of the bank. What role will you play?

In this role you will provide support to many different businesses across the group. This role will encompass resolving software and hardware issues, troubleshooting and investigations with other teams, researching for answers to issues, projects and any initiatives that you can see will change the environment for our team or for other areas within the bank.

What you offer

Experience in providing desktop support to end users in the Windows and IOS operating system environments.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
Knowledge of Python for automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Competent in Active Directory administration
Diligent with the ability to adhere to security, regulatory and compliance processes
Familiar with SCCM and Intune endpoint management
Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and business insights using Power BI.
Familiarity with SysTrack for endpoint analytics, performance monitoring, and end-user experience management.
Ability to leverage modern tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
