Join us in the Fund Services team within Macquarie Asset Management. You'll be part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering financial reporting, analysis, and commentary on the financial position and performance of the funds. What role will you play?

In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing income statements, balance sheets, financial statement notes, variance analyses, and commentaries, while liaising with auditors and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting. You'll oversee monthly and quarterly deliverables, including Form 10-Q and 10-K reports, respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, and support projects related to new accounting standard implementations, restructures, and acquisitions in collaboration with relevant teams. You'll also have the opportunity to drive continuous innovation by improving processes, enhancing efficiencies, adding value, and maintaining a strong focus on quality across all aspects of the team's work.

What you offer

• 12+ years of experience with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting services with a postgraduate accounting qualification (CA or CPA)
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the reporting requirements under IFRS or US GAAP, particularly standards that are relevant to the banking industry. 
• Ability to work in a virtual global team, manage cross-border relationships and be willing to travel internationally if required.
• Demonstrative strong sense of accountability and ownership, as well as strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to innovate with a focus on improving processes to enhance efficiencies and add value.
