The Corporate Strategy and Solutions team collaborate and partner with senior stakeholders across Macquarie to solve their most important and complex problems and unlock value. You will be instrumental in driving Macquarie’s key strategic initiatives and navigate complex business issues, spanning strategic planning, revenue growth, business development, innovation, M&A, digital transformation, energy transition, and organisational change.You will work closely with our businesses, senior leaders and Corporate Development on a range of interesting and impactful projects that make a tangible difference to our business, clients and broader communities.
What you offer
- Tertiary qualifications, with strong academic results, from a top university
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 from a top management consulting firm. Experience in investment banking and/or private equity will also be considered
- Track record of facilitating and delivering strategic projects and / or complex transactions that produce commercially sound and practical results
- Demonstrable interest in cutting edge market and technology developments, curiosity about financial markets and an entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities
- Strong team player and collaborator who is comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
