Job Description Summary

Provide guidance, drive business transformation and strategic change, and create value by driving initiatives that reinvent the core of the business. Partner across the enterprise to introduce, enable, and adopt transformation methodologies and concepts within the product model. Model effectively—with deep understanding—agile execution, change management, and transformation advocacy across the business. Specialize in scaling transformation efforts across the organization, often leading multiple initiatives. Help more traditional companies transform to be product- or customer-led.

Job Description

Under general direction and with a high level of autonomy, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through training and experience to research complex system out of balances, and work with all parties involved to resolve.  Provides functional support for the users of SIS and JOLT. Leads projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams.  Performs and manages varied work that is difficult in character requiring evaluation, originality and ingenuity.  Resolves or recommends solutions to complex problems. Regular contact with senior management and other internal customers is required to research, identify and resolve financial and management reporting issues.
