Who we're looking for

The Emerging Talent Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality emerging talent programmes, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience for graduates, interns, placement year students and apprentices. The role spans attraction, assessment, onboarding, programme development, stakeholder management and reporting, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement across all stages of the emerging talent lifecycle.

The team

The People & Culture (P&C) team is responsible for ensuring that Schroders maximises the return on its investment in people. We do this through the development and implementation of policies and practices that attract, reward and retain high quality employees. As a member of People & Culture, you’ll join a group of experienced, dedicated, and encouraging professionals.
