We are looking for a Delivery Lead – Senior, who will be in charge of leading and managing end-to-end digital services and products in the Corporate Channels domain, ensuring delivery of change initiatives on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives, and execution of run procedures. The role coordinates cross-country teams, manages risks and stakeholders, ensures controlled delivery and issue resolution across change and run phases, and acts as a bridge between Business, IT Factories, Infrastructure teams, Vendors and Governance bodies, under the guidance of senior stakeholders when required.
What you'll be doing
- Support the end-to-end delivery of IT projects from ideation to completion, contributing to scope, timeline, cost and quality ownership.
- Contribute to defining project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities in line with Corporate Channels needs.
- Support requirements collection and solution definition with Business, IT Factories and external providers.
- Prepare and consolidate documentation for project governance and approvals (IT Boards, PEC).
- Plan and maintain project plans (milestones, dependencies, resources).
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities, including implementation, testing, deployment and post go-live stabilization.
- Support coordination of multi-vendor and multi-factory delivery teams.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting (timelines, risks, costs, resources).
- Support change management, risk identification and issue escalation.
- Contribute to effective stakeholder and vendor management, with focus on business value and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Delivery, Project Management or similar roles.
- Experience in banking or financial services; exposure to Corporate Channels is a plus.
- Good understanding of project governance, planning and cost control.
- Experience working with internal IT teams and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in complex environments, under guidance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured delivery context.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
