Assistant Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 7 years of strategy experience, of which a minimum of 5 years should be post-MBA, in the internal or external consulting space with strong research, analytical and writing skills, combined with excellent command of the English language.
Work you'll do
Your role will encompass:
Own and manage discrete tasks and deliverables: Contribute to developing go-to-market strategies for activating technology across global S&I-related client issues, including:
Gathering, analysing, and interpreting qualitative market research
Conducting quantitative analysis of sales and pipeline data to identify and validate tech opportunities
Developing logically structured PowerPoint presentations to support internal discussions
Using AI tools to accelerate and enhance work products, and sharing best practices with teammates
Apply solid project management skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks and switch effectively across competing priorities.
Demonstrate structured problem-solving: Draw logical conclusions and develop clear, actionable, and relevant recommendations.
Shape and communicate effectively: Develop and present powerful, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior Deloitte executives
Drive global collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with counterparts to foster a seamless, innovative, and highly effective global team

The Sustainability & Infrastructure (S&I) team is part of the global firm.
The team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and practice areas to orchestrate the sustainability efforts and solve the most complex challenges in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially powerful ways.

Location
Bengaluru; Hybrid work environment with two days in office
Mumbai location for internal Mumbai-based candidates only
Shift Timings
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Technical fluency: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of AI tools to improve productivity
Executive communication: Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for senior stakeholders
Strategy frameworks: Solid understanding of strategy and go-to-market frameworks, with sound judgment in application
Project management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration and adaptability: Strong team player with the flexibility to work across global teams, time zones, and changing priorities
Professionalism and integrity: High attention to detail, accountability, and consistent follow-through
Experience:
Academic qualification: Master’s Degree or MBA from a top tier institute
Work experience: 7 years, with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience; Strong strategy track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
