Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Deputy Manager, Content Management on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, curating, and managing web pages, landing pages, email templates, and registration forms aligned to campaign goals and brand standards
- Creating, editing, publishing, and scheduling content across digital marketing channels to support audience engagement and business objectives
- Executing email campaigns in marketing automation platforms and optimizing performance through testing, personalization, and quality assurance
- Collaborating with marketing, MarTech, development, and vendor teams to improve customer journey execution, reporting, and user experience
- Reviewing campaign performance and team outputs to improve delivery timelines, engagement metrics, and quality benchmarks

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-8 years of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, or lead generation
- Experience creating and publishing digital content for web pages, email campaigns, landing pages, and registration forms
- Experience using at least one digital publishing or marketing automation platform such as Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Sprinklr
- Experience performing quality assurance reviews for digital marketing deliverables
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another specified technical field
- Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Dreamweaver
- Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors on digital campaign execution
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce production time and support scalability
