Personal Wealth Data Strategy is hiring a Data Product Manager to guide the development of trusted data products for analytics and insights producers to enable data driven decisions. We are looking for mavericks and visionaries, storytellers and D&A advocates, influencers, and internal consultants. Data is at the core of our next chapter as we embark on initiatives to deepen relationships with clients, scale digital experiences, and leverage AI to serve our clients in new and exciting ways. The Data Product Manager acts as a central connector within the organization, bridging business needs, technical solutions and data capabilities. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring alignment with strategic use cases, and fostering consistency and interoperability across data ecosystem. The Data Product Manager collaborates with data engineers, architects, product teams, business leaders, analytics, and other stakeholders to strategize and deliver high-impact, scalable, governed, and reliable data products. Core Responsibilities

1. Leads technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.

2. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.

3. Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

4. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.

5. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new technical products. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.

6. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

7. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

8. Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
