IN STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Experience:
- Retail experience required
- +3/5 years of experience in management and operations within luxury/fashion business
Competencies:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated aptitude in aligning operational strategies with business goals, using a deep understanding of market dynamics to support sales objectives and optimize stock management.
- Expertise in managing inventory with precision, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processes that uphold CELINE’s standards of luxury and operational excellence.
- Skilled in overseeing administrative tasks and optimizing operational workflows, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Strong commitment to enhancing the client experience through seamless back-of-house operations.
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards, ensuring that all aspects of store operations adhere to legal and internal requirements.
- Ability to drive improvements in operational processes and implement best practices that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Passionate ambassador for CELINE, with the ability to maintain and elevate the brand’s prestigious image through impeccable back-of-house operations and a commitment to luxury.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
Languages:
English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
