What you'll be doing
• Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Data Governance Framework, including metadata management, business data elements, data glossary, data lineage, key quality indicators (KQIs), and data quality controls. • Design and maintain data models and support the development of domain-oriented data products across business domains and subdomains within a Federated Data Architecture, ensuring consistent data definitions, metadata standards, and data quality. • Analyze data across Commercial Banking, Risk Management, and Finance domains to ensure high-quality data is available for decision-making, regulatory reporting, risk calculations, and product development. • Gather, validate, and integrate data from internal and external sources, transforming analytical findings into actionable business insights. • Manage and maintain local and Group data models, databases, business rules, and data quality monitoring dashboards. • Participate in local and international projects involving data mapping, data model and data product development, data quality initiatives, data delivery processes, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data experts to support strategic initiatives and ensure data consistency across the organization.What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with most of the following qualifications: • University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences (FON), or related fields. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Statistics, Computational Finance, Quantitative Analysis, IMQF, or a related discipline is preferred. • Strong command of English, both written and spoken. • Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata), Power BI, and/or SAS platforms (Enterprise Guide, Viya). • Previous experience in Risk Management, Finance, Product Development, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical environment. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and practical solutions. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop. • Exposure Data Governance, Data Quality Management, AI/ML applications, or Banking Data Architecture frameworks is considered an advantage.What you'll get in return
