Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support the governance, coordination, and reporting activities of enterprise technology and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and customer-facing delivery teams while ensuring project tracking, resource management, and operational excellence.
The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to maintain project governance processes across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Program Managers in planning, tracking, and delivering project milestones.
- Maintain project governance artifacts including status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), action trackers, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate project status meetings, capture action items, and track closure.
- Track resource allocation, utilization, and availability across projects and programs.
- Manage timesheet collection, validation, and reporting to support project governance and financial tracking.
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership.
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive dashboards using reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review meetings, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in vendor coordination, project documentation, audit readiness, and operational process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Program Support, or Project Administration.
- Experience supporting Digital Transformation, or Technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with project tracking and governance processes.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
- Understanding of project financial tracking, timesheet governance, and resource management.
