Description and Job Purpose
The post holder will play a key role in supporting and coordinating reporting, data visualization, and analytics across Learning and Talent-related projects within Global Tax & Legal People & Purpose. The role will focus on preparing accurate recurring reports, maintaining and improving dashboards, organizing and validating data from multiple sources, and translating information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
A key part of the role is applying a strong data accuracy mindset: checking data integrity, identifying gaps or anomalies, asking the right questions, and helping ensure outputs are reliable, consistent, and useful for decision-making. The role also requires strong visual communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear, engaging, and stakeholder-ready format.
The individual should have a working understanding of digital learning and talent environments so they can support related reporting requirements and contribute to adjacent learning project activities where needed. When digital learning support is required, the post holder will work with relevant learning or digital learning specialists for technical guidance.
The post holder will report to the Global Tax & Legal Assistant Manager and receive day-to-day guidance on reporting priorities, data interpretation, and stakeholder requirements. The role is expected to take ownership of recurring reporting tasks and outputs while escalating complex questions related to data quality, methodology, prioritization, or interpretation for review.

- · Reporting and data accuracy mindset:
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data, recurring reports, trackers, and core reporting and analytics processes. Able to check data quality, identify inconsistencies, and raise questions when data requires clarification. - · Data visualization capability:
Can create clear, accurate, and engaging visual outputs using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools, with a developing capability in dashboarding and visual storytelling. - · Data quality and insight generation:
Can identify trends, patterns, gaps, exceptions, and potential data integrity issues, and summarize findings in a clear, stakeholder-ready way. - · Stakeholder engagement and communication:
Communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, asks relevant questions, and seeks clarification to help ensure reporting outputs are accurate and useful. - · Digital learning awareness:
Has foundational exposure to digital learning development concepts and tools, with the ability to support learning-related tasks under guidance. - · Planning, collaboration, and ownership:
Manages recurring reporting outputs, follows timelines, collaborates effectively within global, virtual teams, and follows through on actions with appropriate guidance, escalating prioritization or interpretation questions when needed. - · Ownership and delivery focus:
Able to take ownership of recurring reporting tasks and outputs, maintain timelines, and follow through on actions with appropriate guidance from the Global Tax & Legal Assistant Manager.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business analytics, data analytics, learning, talent, or a related discipline preferred
- · 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably supporting reporting, analytics, learning and development, talent, operations, or a related support function
- · Working knowledge of Excel, including data organization, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and report formatting
- · Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards, or Microsoft Copilot preferred; willingness to build proficiency is essential
- · Ability to gather, clean, validate, reconcile, and summarize data with accuracy and attention to detail
- · Ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging visual summaries, charts, trackers, dashboards, and PowerPoint reporting outputs for different stakeholder groups
- · Analytical ability to identify trends, anomalies, completion gaps, participation patterns, data quality issues, and other learning or talent insights
- · Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Word proficiency also preferred
- · Foundational exposure to digital learning development concepts and tools; familiarity with Camtasia, Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, or similar tools would be an advantage
- · Experience supporting learning, talent, people, or training-related projects preferred, especially where reporting or data tracking was involved
- · Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain data outputs clearly, accurately, and in a stakeholder-ready way
- · Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, reporting tools, and data processes
- · Demonstrated client service focus, professionalism, and responsiveness to stakeholder needs
- · Ability to communicate effectively, ask relevant questions, and build rapport across cultures
- · Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, recurring deadlines, and documentation with appropriate guidance

- · Willingness to travel occasionally
Role and Responsibilities:
This role will actively support and coordinate core reporting and analytics, data visualization, recurring reporting ownership, and learning-related data processes, with reporting and insight generation as the primary focus. Responsibilities may include:
- · Prepare, update, maintain, and take ownership of recurring learning and talent reports, trackers, and dashboards
- · Collect, organize, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting, escalating complex data quality or methodology questions for review
- · Create charts, visual summaries, and dashboard views to communicate status, progress, participation, completion, feedback, and other learning or talent metrics in a clear and engaging way
- · Analyze data to identify trends, variances, gaps, anomalies, follow-up areas, and exceptions for stakeholder review
- · Prepare PowerPoint-ready reporting summaries and insight packs using clear visuals and concise commentary
- · Support quality checks, version control, file organization, and timely refresh of reporting outputs
- · Document reporting processes, data definitions, assumptions, and recurring steps to support consistency and continuity
- · Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify data requirements, understand reporting priorities, track updates, and follow up on missing information
- · Support global learning and talent projects by maintaining project trackers, action logs, meeting outputs, and status reports
- · Provide foundational support for digital learning development activities, such as organizing course assets, updating learning materials, reviewing course content, or coordinating with relevant learning or digital learning specialists for technical guidance
- · Support newsletters, communications, virtual meetings, and related coordination activities when they connect to reporting, learning, or talent priorities
The role may expand and shift over time to take on additional responsibilities in line with the learning and talent strategic agenda; however, core reporting and analytics, data visualization, recurring reporting ownership, and data quality will remain the primary focus of the position, with digital learning development included as a foundational support requirement.
