About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst to provide critical financial support for Business Banking Sales. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, Product, Analytics, and Finance leaders, driving transparency into business performance through reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across lending and deposit products.


The successful candidate will own banker channel productivity reporting, production forecasting, and performance analysis, delivering insights that support business planning and decision-making. Responsibilities include developing volume and productivity forecasts, evaluating performance drivers, supporting staffing and headcount planning, managing personnel expense analysis, and contributing to broader sales-related initiatives. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through data-driven insights, strong stakeholder partnership, and continuous process improvement.
