Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and periodic reforecasts across corporate and commercial departments, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with financial guidelines, and clear communication of key assumptions.
- Partner with department stakeholders to build forecasts that reflect business priorities, operational drivers, and long-term strategic goals.
- Support the monthly close process by reviewing results, validating key entries, and preparing variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year as applicable.
- Lead regular expense reviews with department stakeholders to validate monthly results, explain variances, and identify risks or opportunities requiring follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver meaningful financial insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, supporting budget tracking, performance transparency, and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and recurring analyses while supporting continuous improvement of planning, close, and reporting processes.
- Deliver flexible ad hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional projects supporting strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial analysis required; experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, including the ability to prepare clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems preferred; SAP and Cegid experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders across different brands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Self-motivated, curious, and oriented toward continuous improvement and achieving results
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with the agility to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-brand organization.
