Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client growth. The ideal candidate is a blend of a creative strategist and an analytical expert, capable of managing multiple client portfolios and delivering measurable ROI.
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored to diverse client industries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and client KPIs.
2. Channel Management & Execution”
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility.
- Performance Marketing (SEM/PPC): Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize conversion rates.
- Social Media Management: Curate and manage brand presence across various social platforms to drive engagement and community growth.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-performing copy and visual assets for various digital touchpoints.
3. Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
- Perform A/B testing on landing pages, ad copies, and creative assets to optimize the conversion funnel.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear, executive-level reports for clients.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique business challenges and providing expert consultation.
- Present monthly performance reviews and strategic roadmaps to stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- SEO Proficiency: Strong understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Data Fluency: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualization tools.
- Tools: Familiarity with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp/HubSpot) and CRM platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to turn raw data into strategic decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English) for client presentations and reporting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing (Agency experience is highly preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are a significant plus.
Location and way of working:
- Base location: Bangalore
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
