What You'll Do

• You will manage various research requests with a high-level accuracy and organization, primarily on a key industry or topic in Vietnam
• You will be required to understand request objectives focused on industry/topic name and proactively suggest most appropriate and efficient research approach to customers, as appropriate
• Conduct research that combines traditional methodologies with AI-enabled workflows to deliver faster, deeper, and more actionable insights.
• Support customers by synthesizing information from multiple sources into concise, decision-ready recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research across industry, company, market, competitor, and industry topics in South East Asia particularly Vietnam.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, summarize large volumes of information, identify patterns, and generate initial hypotheses.
• Validate AI-generated outputs using authoritative and credible sources.
• Design effective prompts and refine AI interactions to improve research quality and efficiency.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, opportunities, and business implications.
• Develop clear research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate research needs into actionable insights.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI research tools and best practices.
• Maintain high standards for data privacy, confidentiality, and responsible AI use.

Working closely with more senior team members, you will engage with Internal clients daily with the aim to understand, scope and deliver accurate, timely and relevant data and information

What You'll Bring

• 2-4+ years of relevant working experience, with some specialization for Vietnam markets
• Strong secondary research and analytical capabilities.
• Experience using AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance research productivity.
• Ability to write effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated content.
• Strong factchecking and source validation skills.
• Experience synthesizing complex information into concise business insights.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI trends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to research quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Vietnam Mother Tongue

  Delivers actionable research and insights tailored to the client project’s needs; works with qualitative and quantitative data, conducts research and provides synthesized results from sources including commercial data, public and open source, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
