Investment Banking works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Whether advising on strategic financing decisions, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or helping clients access the global capital markets, we handle projects that help clients achieve important business objectives. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments, and we are a team of strong analytical thinkers who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas.

About the Team

The Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team sits within the Capital Solutions Group (CSG) and advises clients on a wide range of financing solutions across the debt capital markets. The team originates, structures, and executes debt financing transactions for leading corporate, financial and public intuition clients in Japan and globally.

DCM professionals work closely with partners across the firm, including Syndicate, Equity Capital Markets, IB Derivatives, and broader Investment Banking coverage teams. This collaborative platform provides exposure to a broad range of financing products and strategic client situations.

Key Responsibilities

Analysts/Associates play a critical role in supporting the execution and origination of debt financing transactions while helping strengthen long-term client relationships.

Successful candidates will gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, clients, and financing products while developing analytical, communication, and execution skills within one of the leading global investment banking platforms.
