What are we looking for?
The Officer, Agent Onboarding Support manage the end-to-end onboarding and support process for agency recruits, ensuring timely system setup, and compliance requirements to enable agents to become sales ready.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Prepare agency agreements and onboarding documents.
- Manage the end-to-end contract stamping process, including cover letter preparation and document handling.
- Maintain witness records and onboarding documentation.
- Perform onboarding data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end email creation and communication requests.
- Support system setup and activation for new agents
- Maintain onboarding databases, trackers, and filing records.
- Prepare onboarding reports.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate onboarding completion and agent activation
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations
- Relevant Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred
- Strong command of spoken and written English with good presentation skills
- Good coordination, decision-making, and process management skills
