Are you a good match?
You have extensive progressive experience in online retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel, ideally within luxury retail, with a proven track record in overseeing or supporting a multi-market region. You bring strong business acumen and strategic vision, driving initiatives and actions across markets, combined with strong analytical skills to lead data-driven business strategies and priorities. You are fluent in English, and Mandarin is a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Regional Retail Director, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for leading, enabling, and driving the online retail strategy across all APA markets. Acting as both a strategic bridge and an operational gatekeeper between Headquarters (HQ/Group) and local markets, you will ensure consistency of brand expression, operational excellence, and drive online retail growth. You will:
Strategy Adaptation, Regional Enablement & Community Leadership
Support and enable local markets in adapting the Maison's global online retail strategy to local market specifics, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
Direct the overarching APA online retail strategy and act as a challenging partner to markets' online retail strategies and plans, incorporating local plans into the APA annual three-year plan and yearly plan.
Monitor industry trends, regional competitive activity, and digital innovations across APAC, synthesizing insights and recommending strategic actions to HQ.
Online Retail Performance and Analytics
Track APA Online Data and KPIs, and when performance gaps are identified, review action plans from markets and support them in execution.
Ensure digital merchandising assets are executed consistently across all online pillars and retail touchpoints in local markets, while partnering with Marketing and Online Merchandising teams to tailor digital assets and product representations for local online platforms, including CRC touchpoints.
Client Relations Center (CRC) Strategic Leadership
Consolidate APAC market specifics and provide actionable insights to HQ teams to shape future client experience frameworks, while establishing and maintaining a regional center of excellence to support local markets on CRC tools, platforms, and operational systems, particularly for incubated markets.
Challenge local market evolution needs, establish regional priorities, and escalate tool requests to HQ, while promoting an omnichannel culture within CRC teams to strengthen seamless integration between online and offline client journeys.
Lead and animate the Regional CRC community, fostering collaboration, peer learning, and service standards.
End-to-End Operational Excellence & Platform Optimization
Ensure the excellence of the Maison image across the entire online client journey — from landing page experience, payment, and checkout through to delivery and fulfillment.
Consolidate and challenge enhancement and business evolution requests, strategizing priorities and collaborating with the relevant HQ teams.
