To support our Global Media Team we are looking for an

INTERN DIGITAL MARKETING & MEDIA (100%)

Duration: 6 months
Start: October 2026

Join our team as an Intern and embark on an exciting journey at the heart of global brand communication. Being part of the Global Media Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our international advertising presence, supporting the execution of impactful digital media campaigns, and managing essential steps between the creation and final publication of our ads. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse channels, from offline to online, while contributing to strategic insights and coordinating with a global network of stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

Digital Marketing

• Support the implementation of digital media campaigns across various channels at international level (display, social, and paid search)
• Analyze campaign performance and update internal stakeholders (HQ and local) on a regular basis
• Create campaign reports, translate performance results into actionable insights

Advertising

• Support the development of advertising assets for all relevant media channels, with a focus on billboard, magazine and display ads based on internal guidelines
• Coordinate the process of approving advertising layouts in cooperation with multiple stakeholders (internal and external creative agencies, local markets, HQ teams)

Global Media

• Manage monthly global media plan analysis and create reports for senior management
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Support the team in creating impactful strategic planning presentations on PowerPoint

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in media management, Communication, Marketing, Business or similar fields
• Prior work experience/internships in the field of digital marketing are advantageous
• Creative self-starter with an eye for details & aesthetics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, basic knowledge of Google & Facebook marketing platforms and web analytic tools (Google Analytics)
• Enthusiasm for the watch and/or luxury goods industry
• Fluent in English, working proficiency in German is a plus
