HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Part of the International Commercial team, you will report to the Head of Retail Marketing & Events. You are responsible for developing compelling and innovative creative concepts for events, retail activations, and window displays globally. This role ensures strong alignment with the Maison's brand image and DNA, enhancing desirability through artistic vision and meticulous execution, while guaranteeing feasibility and proactive planning.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Contribute to define the visual merchandising strategy in line with brand’s identity;
Design and develop strong visual concepts for events and retail activations, including moodboards, scenographies, and artistic directions, consistent with the Brand Platform and "Architecte du cuir" positioning;
Develop innovative and differentiating window display designs, incorporating artistic inspirations and collaborations to elevate desirability;
Produce 3D files, technical plans, and presentations for suppliers, and brief and monitor the development of hoarding and graphic files required for activations;
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure the feasibility of creative concepts and their faithful translation into execution;
Proactively propose concepts and build a portfolio of actionable ideas to fuel future projects, improve reactivity, and minimize urgent developments;
Exchange with various regional and HQ teams for the preparation and sharing of Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines, ensuring clear communication and alignment;
Ensure Delvaux’s products are presented consistently on all supports visible by the client (POS, show room, popup);
Define a coherent calendar, in sync with communication and commercial calendars;
Is responsible for the strict respect of the planning;
Creative and technical management on Store opening, events, Pop-up, exhibition, in-outdoor activities.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You will experience success with us by:
Leveraging your extensive experience of 10+ years in the retail and luxury sector, including at least 5 years in a visual identity position;
Bringing your strong creative vision and deep product affinity to develop concepts;
Applying your rigor and organizational skills to manage projects effectively and meticulously;
Utilizing your management experience (direct and/or transversal) to lead and collaborate with diverse teams;
Embracing a hands-on approach to ensure flawless execution of initiatives;
Demonstrating excellent project management capabilities in an international HQ environment.
