For our global headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are looking for an
INTERN EVENTS 100%
Duration: 6 months
Start: October 2026
Grow with IWC! In this broad event organization role, you will be part of the team responsible for the content and logistics of IWC Schaffhausen's prestigious international live communication projects such Global Strategy Meeting or global Formula 1® activations, together with our colleagues worldwide.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
- Support during creation and implementation of sustainable, digital, and physical event concepts and brand experiences
- Communication with relevant stakeholders, including agencies or suppliers and collaboration with other departments for 360° activations
- Administrative support of event team such as SAP processes, vendor opening, reporting and logistics
- Support on coordination and organisation of event projects, including venue, catering, graphics, guest management, and other logistics
- Hands-on involvement in global events and sponsorship activations throughout event cycle incl. onsite support and execution
- Support in coordination and tracking of activations in markets
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Education in marketing or communication, ideally first professional experience in event environment such as an internationally operating agency or large service company
- Reliable and competent team player
- Strong in MS Office (PowerPoint, Oulook, Excel)
- Organizational talent with strong communication skills and flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of project management
- Open-mindedness and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Very good written and spoken English, German and other languages are an advantage
- Valid driving licence
