Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
- Administering and maintaining BeyondTrust Privilege Management for Unix and Linux deployments, including policy database management, replica synchronization, and agent lifecycle management across Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, IBM AIX, and Solaris hosts
- Configuring, testing, and promoting security policies across development, user acceptance testing, and production environments in alignment with client change management procedures
- Providing L2 and L3 support for PMUL, including troubleshooting policy failures, pbrun and pbcheck errors, authentication issues, agent connectivity failures, and transport layer security certificate issues
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of privileged Unix and Linux accounts and sudo entitlements, and maintaining audit logging, session recording, and access records in line with security requirements
- Performing patching, version upgrades, vulnerability remediation, platform monitoring, operational reporting, and documentation updates for PMUL components and supporting infrastructure

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignment
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience administering BeyondTrust Privilege Management for Unix and Linux or PowerBroker for Unix and Linux
- Experience with Unix and Linux operating systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, IBM AIX, or Solaris
- Experience providing L2 or L3 support for PMUL, including troubleshooting pbrun, pbcheck, authentication, agent connectivity, and certificate issues
- Experience with policy promotion, patching, upgrades, maintenance activities, and audit log administration for PMUL components
- Experience with public key infrastructure, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Active Directory, and information technology service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Experience with Bash, Python, or Perl scripting and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- BeyondTrust Administrator Certifications in Privilege Management for Unix and Linux
Preferred:
- Experience with BeyondTrust Cloud or PMUL software-as-a-service deployment models
- Experience configuring single sign-on using Security Assertion Markup Language, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect
- Experience supporting application programming interface-based log streaming to security information and event management or storage platforms
- Experience supporting discovery and readiness assessments for on-premises-to-software-as-a-service migrations
- Experience with policy migration tooling, configuration export and import, and regression testing
