Wealth Management Internship - Artificial Intelligence
The Wealth Management GenAI Team is a dynamic and innovative department that serves as a center of AI enablement across Wealth Management. The team is responsible for deploying advanced tools, platforms, and solutions that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. They oversee content creation, management, and governance to ensure the highest content quality for our AI system to utilize. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and evolution in this rapidly changing space.
During this internship you will have the opportunity to get insight into how the WM Platforms is working at a top financial Firm. You will join the GenAI Team and you will be able to work in a flexible work arrangement, 25-40 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support a variety of AI initiatives and projects across Wealth Management
- Assist with the coordination and execution of AI programs, pilots, and adoption initiatives
- Support the development of presentations, communications, analyses, and materials for a range of stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data to identify trends, measure progress, and support decision-making
- Help develop and maintain reporting to track AI initiatives, adoption, and impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI
- Assist with project activities, including tracking actions, milestones, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Ongoing studies (BSc, MSc) in Communication & Media, Marketing, Economics, Business Informatics or similar fields
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn about new technologies and business topics
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
You might also have:
- Familiarity with Generative AI
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, or reporting tools
- Experience working with or experimenting with AI tools and platforms
