The Opportunity

We are looking for ahighly motivated, results-driven Client Service professionalwho is ready to take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of some of thelargest and most prestigious corporate clients in the world. As aClient Service Officerwithin Citi's Commercial Cards organization, you will be a trusted advisor and single point of contact for world-class organizations, solving complex challenges, building lasting partnerships, and delivering the kind of seamless, high-impact service experience that sets Citi apart. What You'll Do

• Own the client relationship— serve as the dedicated single point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile corporate clients and internal partners, building deep, trust-based partnerships through regular engagement, proactive communication, and strategic support.
• Drive issue resolution with urgency and precision— identify, investigate, and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction reflects Citi's commitment to delivering a frictionless client experience.
• Be proactive, not reactive— keep clients informed of relevant developments including system updates, market events, and resolution progress, demonstrating the transparency and accountability that world-class clients expect.
• Leverage data to drive outcomes— conduct meaningful analyses to understand client needs, uncover trends, and recommend solutions that deliver real value.
• Cultivate and grow your portfolio— develop and expand client relationships through regular touchpoints, strategic calls, and face-to-face engagement, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner to your clients' programs.
• Expand your global footprint— collaborate cross-functionally with teams across regions, building a powerful internal and external network within one of the world's most connected financial institutions.
• Champion risk awareness and ethical leadership— apply sound judgment in all business decisions, uphold Citi's compliance standards, and proactively escalate and manage control issues with transparency and integrity.

What We're Looking For

We want people who arehungry to grow, bold enough to lead, and passionate about delivering excellence. The ideal candidate brings:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; a background in customer service, client relations, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Anentrepreneurial mindset— someone who takes initiative, thrives under pressure, and constantly looks for ways to improve.
• Exceptional communication skills— clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal interactions with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and investigative instincts— the ability to dig into complex problems, identify root causes, and present well-reasoned solutions.
• A natural relationship builder— demonstrated ability to develop trust with clients, influence outcomes, and inspire confidence across all levels of an organization.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity— a proven track record of delivering high-quality results with limited supervision in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
• Technical proficiency— comfortable navigating systems, tools, and platforms to support day-to-day client management.
• A global perspective— an enthusiasm for cross-cultural collaboration and a genuine interest in working across international markets.
• Multilingual— French and/or German preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or University degree (or equivalent professional experience).
