The Senior Manager, Customer Campaigns & Repurchase, is responsible for driving customer value through repurchase, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across Prudential’s existing customer base.The role translates customer insights, portfolio opportunities and business priorities into targeted campaigns and repurchase initiatives that drive deeper customer relationships and increased product penetration. Working closely with Distribution, Product, Analytics and Martech teams, the role ensures customer opportunities are identified, activated and converted effectively.
The role serves as the central owner of customer repurchase strategy and execution, helping Prudential deepen customer relationships while unlocking growth opportunities from the existing customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives through cross-sell, up-sell, event trigger based, new customers acquisition to ensure timely, effectively and efficiently delivery of campaign launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customers campaigns/initiatives, on ground activation to the campaign awareness, campaign fulfillment process and post campaign implementation review.
Assist in business presentation for campaigns/projects which include preparation of business performance report, analytic insights and communication decks.
Actively handling campaign enquiries via dedicated hotline (agents-fronting) and mailbox.
Drive the development & deployment of customer engagement communications via marketing tool - Customer Engagement Platform.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
Degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 7 to 10 years working experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferably in the function of marketing campaign or product development.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of life insurance market.
Self-motivated with the ability to lead initiatives and work independently
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficiency with computer knowledge especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with marketing technology tools (e.g. CRM/ CEP) is an added advantage.
