TotalEnergies Charging Solutions Belgium (TCSB) develops and operates electric vehicle charging infrastructure, helping to accelerate the transition towards more sustainable mobility in Belgium.

As our eMobility activities continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an eMobility Service Coordinator to ensure the quality, availability and performance of our charging network.

You will join a fast-growing sector at the crossroads of energy, innovation and customer experience.

Activities

Your mission

As an eMobility Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all maintenance and after-sales service matters related to our charging infrastructure.

You will coordinate interventions with our partners, monitor and resolve incidents, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with our service commitments.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the resolution of charging infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate interventions with maintenance partners and internal teams.
• Act as the escalation point for customers, sales teams and external partners.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify root causes of incidents and implement improvement actions.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of maintenance and support processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities and tenders.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.

Candidate Profile

Are you looking to grow in a dynamic environment where technology, customer focus and innovation come together? Would you like to play an active role in the energy transition? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation or equivalent).
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, enabling you to interact effectively with customers, partners and international teams.
• You ideally have initial experience in a technical, service or maintenance environment. Experience in the e-mobility sector is considered a strong asset.
• You are comfortable working with digital tools such as CRM systems, monitoring platforms and ticketing solutions.
• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy identifying sustainable solutions to improve performance and processes.
• Well-organized and structured, you can manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities.
• You thrive in a fast-changing environment and are motivated by new challenges and continuous learning.
• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to collective success.
• Safety is a priority for you and is naturally embedded in the way you work.
• You are willing to travel occasionally as part of your responsibilities and partner follow-up activities.
