ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Leader based in Warsaw, you will join a globally distributed team supporting business stakeholders across Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. You will contribute to the Agile development of business-critical applications supporting FX, Rates, and Credit trading activities, with a focus on volatility products and pricing. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development. You will drive architecture and engineering decisions, work directly with traders to address business challenges, and help deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a global environment.Your future scope of responsibility will cover:Technical Architecture & Design: You’ll own the architecture and technical design of new products and major initiativesHands-on Development: You’ll remain an active software engineer and contribute directly to the design and development of complex solutionsTechnical Leadership: You’ll lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and support the technical growth of the teamHiring & Mentoring: You’ll participate in technical recruitment of software engineers and you’ll mentor them through their onboarding.Continuous Improvement: You’ll drive technology modernization initiatives and explore new technical approaches, including AI-assisted solutionsBusiness Partnership & Production Support: You’ll work closely with Traders to understand business requirements, deliver practical solutions and support the investigation and resolution of production issuesGlobal Teamwork: You’ll collaborate with teams distributed globally, across Warsaw, Paris, Hong Kong, and New YorkProfile requiredYou will be best suited for this role if:You have strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET environment (primarily .NET 8,9,10), building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core and designing scalable microservices-based applicationsYou have experience in Cloud architecture (preferable Azure with AKS/Kubernetes, Event Hubs, Blob/Table Storage), as well as working with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery practicesYou are familiar with modern observability and monitoring practices, including ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging frameworks such as SerilogYou have hands-on experience in technical leadership capacity, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and participating in technical hiring and interview processesYou have strong communication skills.
