Job description (Consultant/ Sr Consultant)

As a practitioner, in our Technology & Transformation practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:
· Demonstrate capital project management capabilities and professional experience in execution of large semiconductor projects
· Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream
· Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments
· Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing project landscape
· Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements
The ideal Candidate:
· 5+ years of experience in executing capital projects and plant set-ups in semiconductor/ industrial/ manufacturing/ large infrastructure sectors.
· Should have good written & oral communication Skills
· Analytical skills and mastery of MS Excel
· Early joiners shall be preferable
Key Responsibilities :
Commercial Expert (1 No.)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 5+ years
- Review commercial terms of agreements, undertakings and contracts.
- Evaluate commercial viability and key commercial risks
- Assess commercial provisions of technology transfer agreement, and contractual obligations
Financial Expert (1 No.)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech/MBA
- Experience: 5+ years
- Evaluation of project cost, eligible capital expenditure and fiscal support claims.
- Verification of subsidy disbursement requests and utilization of funds.
- Financial monitoring and reporting on fiscal commitments.
- Cash-flow and budget assessment.
Semiconductor Technical Expert (1 No.)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech/ equivalent diploma (as may be applicable in global institutions)
- Experience: 5+ years
- Detailed technical appraisal of DPR, manufacturing processes, equipment and facilities.
- Assessment of project feasibility, implementation readiness and technology risk
- Assess infrastructure readiness
- Evaluation of production readiness and operational milestones
Project management expert (1No.)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
- Experience: 5+ years
- Monitoring project progress w.r.t. agreed upon milestones. Identify key constraints impacting project progress along with mitigation plans
- Stakeholder coordination with Government and applicants
- Risk identification and mitigation planning. Generating early warning signals for potential risks & issues
- Preparation of project status reports along with look-ahead and action plans for upcoming tasks
Desired qualifications
B.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from Tier 1/2 colleges + Post Graduation – Preferred (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction Management)
