Join our dynamic Drive the Future Brazil internship program and kick start your career while pursuing your university studies. This Internship Program is open to Brazil university students halfway through their degree and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. No prior work experience is needed.
We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!
Required Qualifications:
- University students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, or related courses.
- Graduation expected in Nov 2028 or later.
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) from 9hs-16hs or 10hs-17hs (with 1h lunch break).
- Available to work in person 5 days per week at our São Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi) located at Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3729.
- Full-time students (curso Integral) are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and are in the final year of their studies in 2027.
- Students from universities outside the São Paulo Metropolitan area are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and live within a commutable distance from the office. Students should confirm their universities specific criteria before applying.
Interest in pursuing careers in Payments, we have the following areas:
- Payments Corporate Sales (Cash Management): J.P. Morgan is seeking a new intern to join the Payments Corporate Sales team in São Paulo. The team partners with large local and multinational corporations to deliver cash management solutions, helping clients optimize payments, receivables, liquidity, treasury operations, and cross-border flows. The role offers exposure to client-facing activities, strategic projects, commercial opportunities, and collaboration with teams across Brazil and J.P. Morgan's global network.
- Payments Client Experience: Key responsibilities include reviewing surveys to collect client feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports for the management team. The role focuses on improving client experience across the end-to-end customer journey and driving digital adoption by listening to customers and translating data into actionable insights. The intern will be part of a global customer experience practice that uses analytics to enhance customer experience.
- Payments Product: The Product team has P&L accountability and will be responsible for managing and driving part of JPM's suite of in-country CCM/Liquidity products offered to local clients. This role requires working with in-country and regional functional partners in Treasury, Operations, Implementation and Customer Service, Technology and other WHP teams to ensure product capabilities meet high service quality standards.
- Payments Product Delivery: As a Product Delivery Intern, you will support to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers, assisting the creation of solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
- Payments Implementations: Brazil Implementation works as an after sales area supporting Treasury Services products. The implementations basically consist on the creation of the operational structure for the client to be able to run business with JPM.
