Our Relations Program team supports firmwide events and strategic campaigns that help strengthen client relationships and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. This role supports one of Deloitte’s flagship executive programs, including workshops for C-suite leaders transitioning into new roles, as well as live and virtual events, sponsorships, and related campaign activity. The role also supports coordination of pre- and post-lab activities, stakeholder communications, newsletter processes, and related marketing administration.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Marketing on the Relations Program team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support the planning and execution of events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, geographies, and industry groups across Australia.
- Support stakeholder communications with Growth teams, Personal Assistants, Partners, Sponsors, Program Managers, and other internal clients regarding campaign and event activity.
- Maintain event lists, mailing lists, contact records, campaign records, and other marketing data within Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create and support the delivery of digital invitations, marketing collateral, bulk email communications, and Miro board content in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support reporting, mailbox management, and activity tracking for Transition Labs and related programs, including coordination in ServiceNow and reporting support through Jupiter.

Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, and data administration
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience using customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience supporting event coordination, campaign execution, or stakeholder communications
Preferred:
- Experience maintaining mailing lists, contact records, and campaign data
- Experience creating digital invitations, email communications, or marketing collateral
- Experience supporting reporting activities using Jupiter or similar reporting tools
- Experience coordinating activities in ServiceNow, Miro, or similar workflow and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a virtual work environment
- Experience working across multiple teams, service lines, geographies, or industry groups
