주요 역할은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 최적의 공급 파트너 발굴 및 전략적 조달 실행을 통한 비즈니스 경쟁력 확보
2. 브랜드 컨셉의 현실화 및 신제품 출시 지원
3. 탁월한 운영 역량과 전략적 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위한 고성과 소싱 팀 리딩, 육성 및 권한 부여

• 인력 관리 및 육성: 소싱 팀원 리딩, 코칭 및 육성. 협업과 고성과 중심의 문화를 조성하고, 명확한 목표 설정, 성과 평가를 통해 개인의 경력 성장 및 역량 강화를 지원. 탄력적인 인재 파이프라인 구축.
• 소싱 정의 및 카테고리 전략 실행: 최적의 공급업체 포트폴리오(사업부 또는 카테고리별) 정의. 카테고리별 시장 조사(Market intelligence) 툴 개발. 시장 구조 변화 주도. 카테고리 전략 수립 및 제안/검토.
• 비즈니스 니즈 분석 및 수요 검토: 주요 니즈 변화 예측. 내부 및 외부 네트워크/자원을 활용한 가장 가치 있는 옵션 제안. 니즈 표현 문화의 일환으로 VA(가치 분석) 방법론 활용.
• 비즈니스 활동 예측 및 선제적 대응: 비즈니스 니즈 도입 또는 카테고리 전략 주도. 네트워크 활성화, 모범 사례 선도 및 지지(Advocacy) 유도. 경쟁력 확보 및 전략의 성공적 실행 보장. 획기적인 소싱 전략을 통한 가치 창출(손익 및 매출액 영향).
• 청렴한 협상: 협상 전략 관점에서 팀 코칭 및 검토, 혁신적인 협상 레버 활용. 교착 상태 타개.
• 비용 최적화: 공급업체로부터 혁신적인 아이디어 발굴. 손익 및 매출액에 영향을 미치는 가치 창출 기회 극대화. 원가 모델(Cost Models)을 통한 가치 사슬의 모든 레버 활성화.
• 공급업체 관계 극대화: 전략적 공급업체와의 선호 고객 관계 구축. 성장을 지속하기 위한 전략적 공급업체 육성. 손익 및 매출액 기여에 영향을 미치는 전략적 공급업체와의 개선 프로젝트 주도.
• 가치 창출 및 혁신: 내·외부 소스를 통한 혁신 기회 발굴. 전략적 프로젝트 리딩. 재무적 비용 및 영향 관리. 스폰서 및 이해관계자에 대한 운영 위원회(Steering committee) 방식의 커뮤니케이션 및 동의 획득. 주요 의사결정 권한 행사 또는 이해관계자 에스컬레이션.
• 내부 통제 원칙 및 법규 준수 운영: 경쟁 우위 확보(독점권, 그룹 전략, 혁신, CSR 등). 글로벌 핵심 계약 협상. 혁신을 위한 지적재산권, 라이선스, 독점 계약 협상.
• 리스크 평가 및 관리: 리스크 관리 정책 수립 및 실행. 리스크 방어를 위한 선진/혁신적 방법론 또는 툴 도입. 규제 리스크 관리.
• 공급업체 지속가능성 로드맵 정의 및 배포: 그룹의 PCR, 3R, 과학 기반 감축 목표(SBT), 지속가능성 로드맵을 위한 실행 과제 수립 및 이행.
• 성과 및 효율성 관리: 소싱 성과에 대한 책임 수행. 프로세스 및 툴에 대한 기능적 개선 제안. 공급업체 손익 분석 또는 로레알/브랜드 손익에 기반한 권고사항 도출. 타 부서의 영향으로 소싱에 차질이 생길 경우 재무 및 물류 매니저와 조율. 데이터 품질 확보.
• 이해관계자 관계 지원 및 관리: 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 / 프로젝트 관리 / 공급업체 정보 공유 및 이해관계자 설득. 이해관계자 내 소싱의 영향력 주도 및 확대.

전문성 및 기술 역량 (PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES)

• 인력 관리 또는 리더십 경력 5년 이상
• 화장품, 소비재, ODM/OEM, 패키징 산업 경력 5년 이상
• 전략적 소싱 또는 카테고리 관리 경력 10년 이상
• FMCG(소비재) 제조 업계 경력 우대
• 학사 학위 이상 소지자
• 영어 구사 능력: 비즈니스 업무 활용 가능 수준
• 우수한 비즈니스 감각, 분석력 및 프레젠테이션 스킬
• 원만한 대인 관계 스킬 및 부서 간 협업 마인드

A Day in the Life

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Mission:

1. Securing business competitiveness by identifying optimal supply partners and executing strategic procurement.
2. Transforming brand concepts into reality & supporting launches.
3. Leading, developing, and empowering a high-performing sourcing team to achieve operational excellence and strategic business goals.

• Manages and Develops People: Lead, coach, and develop sourcing team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, set clear objectives, evaluate performance, and support individual career growth and competency enhancement. Build a strong talent pipeline.
• Defines sourcing & implements category strategy: define the best suited supplier portfolio (for a division or a category). Develop Market intelligence tool on categories. Drive changes in the market structure. Input, build and/or challenge category strategies.
• Analyses business needs and challenges demand: Anticipate major evolution of needs. Propose the most valuable option involving internal and external network/resources. Use VA methodology as a part of the culture of need expression.
• Anticipates business activity and acts proactively: Input business needs or lead the category strategy. Animate the network, lead best practices and drive advocacy. Ensure competitiveness and that the strategy is implemented successfully. Use breakthrough sourcing strategies to create value (P&L and Top Line).
• Negotiates with integrity: Coach and challenge teams in terms of negotiation strategy, use innovative negotiation levers. Unlock stalemate situation.
• Optimizes costs: Capture breakthrough ideas coming from the suppliers. Maximize value creation opportunities impacting P&L and Top Line. Activate all levers of the value chain through the Cost Models.
• Maximizes Supplier Relationships: Create a preferred customer relationship with strategic suppliers. Develop strategic suppliers to sustain growth. Drive improvement projects with strategic suppliers impacting P&L and Top Line contribution.
• Creates value and innovates: Capture innovation opportunities form internal & external sources. Lead strategic projects. Manage financial cost and impact. Get the buy-in, communicate with steering committee mode to the sponsors, stakeholders. Be empowered to take key decisions or to escalate to stakeholders.
• Operates according to internal control principles and legal rules: Develop a competitive advantage (exclusivity, group strategy, innovation, CSR, …). Negotiate Global, high-stake contracts. Negotiate intellectual property, licensing, exclusivity agreements for innovation.
• Evaluates and manages risks: Define and implement risk management policy. Implement advanced/breakthrough methodologies or tools to secure risk. Manage regulatory risks.
• Define and deploy supplier sustainability roadmap: Define and implement actions for Group’s PCR, 3R, science base target, and sustainability roadmap.
• Manages Performance and efficiency: Be accountable for sourcing performance. Formulate functional improvements for processes and tools. Formulate recommendations based of Supplier P&L analysis or L'Oréal/Brand P&L. Challenge Financial and logistics managers when sourcing is impacted by other functions. Ensure data quality.
• Supports and manages stakeholders’ relationships: Communicate / manage projects /share suppliers’ information with stakeholders, influence stakeholders. Drive and grow Sourcing Share of Voice among stakeholders.

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• 5 years+ experience in people management or leadership role
• 5 years+ experience in cosmetics or consumer, ODM/OEM, packaging industry.
• +10 years experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience of FMCG manufacturing is nice to have.
• Bachelor or above.
• English proficiency: Professional working knowledge.
• Good business sense, good analytical and presentation skill.
• Good interpersonal skill and cross team working spirit.
• Strong leadership, proven capability to inspire, develop teams, and drive cross-functional projects.
