Your career opportunityJoin our Payments Operations team to help process and control domestic and international payments end-to-end. You’ll ensure payments are completed accurately, on time, and in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements—while continuously improving how we work.
What you’ll do
- Process, monitor, and validate payment instructions across relevant payment channels.
- Complete daily controls, reconciliations, and exception handling to ensure accuracy and minimise operational risk.
- Investigate and resolve payment queries, returns, rejects, recalls, and amendments within agreed service levels.
- Maintain clear case notes and documentation to support auditability and strong governance.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and support process improvements/automation opportunities.
- Support incident management and contribute to continuous improvement and operational resilience.
- Participate in change activities and performing PVT (Process Verification Testing) impacting payment processes.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven experience in payments operations, banking operations, or a comparable processing and controls environment.
- Sound understanding of payment lifecycles and investigation processes.
- Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to risk and controls.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
- Confidence using operational systems and data tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- At least communicative English (B2), Hebrew (B1).
- Working in shifts and based on business calendar (between 8:00 till 18:00 under balance time).
What we offerThe pay range for this role is 7634 PLN - 9541 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
