Education
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
Experience
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in data-driven Commercial Finance, strategic revenue management roles, with strong business partnering exposure
- FMCG, beverages, consumer goods experience beneficial
- Proven experience partnering directly with Sales teams
- Proven experience in pricing, trade investment management, customer profitabilty
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Strong financial modelling and business case development capability
- Experience with planning and analytics tools such as Anaplan, Power BI or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, mix management, trade investments, customer contracts, profitability analysis, ROI principles
- Promotional effectiveness methodology
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and challenge data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools are a plus.

- Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to align diverse teams around common objectives.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a complex, evolving environment.
- Able to translate complex data into simple business decisions.
